One of our loan programs guaranteed by the SBA is called the SBA Community Express Loan.  Some banks like Innovative Bank, participate in the SBA Community Express program.   The lending institution obtains the guarantee of the SBA to facilitate the funding of small business loans with more flexible terms and requirements for the disadvantaged business and entrepreneur.


Some benefits of the SBA Community Express program are:

  • Amounts of $5,000 to $50,000 to start or grow a small business
  • Loans are Guaranteed by SBA, so funding banks are more secured
  • Flexibility on the usage of the money to fulfill business needs
  • Extended Terms, up to seven (7) year terms
  • Preferential Interest regulated by the government
  • No Penalties for paying off the loan before due date
  • Short and Simple applications to be completed
  • Free Technical Assistance from professional business consultant.

What is the SBA?  
Established in1953, the federal agency called Small Business Administration (SBA), exists to help small businesses throughout the country.
Three of its main functions are:

  • Provides Guarantees to banks to help qualified entrepreneurs in obtaining a loan.
  • Provides technical assistance via small business development centers and other entities like Proventus Consulting Group, Inc.
  • Advocate for small businesses at a federal level

The Certification:
The company Proventus Consulting Group, Inc. was certified by the SBA as a business Technical Assistance Provider.  This certification allows us to facilitate the process to small businesses so they can obtain funding for startup and growth.
